HSB is one of Sweden’s largest housing cooperatives and residential developers, with around 365,000 members. – Energy specialist Philip Lundblad works at HSB Göta, focusing on energy performance certificates and other energy-related matters for housing associations affiliated with HSB, as well as for HSB’s own properties in Gambrinus. BIM Energy is used to carry out more detailed energy audits, gain a better understanding of energy use in the buildings, and calculate proposed measures.

What are the advantages of using BIM Energy?

How has your workflow changed since you started using the software?
We now include in-depth analyses in all energy performance certificates we prepare for Gambrinus and create models of the buildings. For other certificates, we offer this as an additional service depending on the client’s needs.
