Silver
Certification
Silver is a quality level that ensures the user can perform reliable energy analyses in existing buildings.
A Silver-certified user has, among other things, demonstrated the ability to:
- Model buildings based on map data and carry out minor floor plan adjustments
- Edit settings to achieve an accurate baseline scenario, both manually and using automated tools
- Develop relevant improvement measures and produce clear, informative reports
Gold
Certification
The user has demonstrated advanced expertise in creating more detailed and nuanced models.
In addition to the Silver level, a Gold-certified user has demonstrated the ability to:
- Model buildings using multi-zone configurations for increased accuracy
- Create and analyze models for new construction projects based on architectural drawings
- Perform more detailed simulations of energy consumption and energy performance
Diamond
Certification
Has demonstrated expert-level competence in working with large property portfolios and complex analytical needs. The Diamond level means that the user can work strategically, at an advanced level, and with large volumes of data.
In addition to the Gold level, a Diamond-certified user has demonstrated the ability to:
- Use proxy buildings to represent complex properties that are not covered by existing models
- Manage and analyze groups of buildings in an efficient and structured manner
- Scale analyses and improvement measures to district, portfolio, or portfolio-wide levels
