HSB Södertörn takes control of its energy management with BIM Energy
Jonas Holmström at HSB Södertörn was new to BIM Energy when he started, but has quickly built a solid foundation for a data-driven energy management approach for the housing cooperatives in Nynäshamn.
BIM Energy enables a structured and efficient overview of our properties’ energy consumption. It provides me with better decision-making support to identify which measures are the most cost-effective and deliver the greatest energy savings for our customers.

Through the portfolio analysis, Jonas gets a clear visual overview of how all properties are performing – which ones stand out with high energy consumption and where the greatest potential for improvement lies. This provides an entirely new foundation for prioritizing the right measures and giving the boards concrete, data-driven recommendations.
