HSB is one of Swedens largest cooperative housing associations and housing developer with about 365 000 members. Energy engineer Philip Lundblad works at HSB Göta with energy declarations and other energy issues for HSB affiliated tenant-owner associations and HSB’s properties in Gambrinus. BIM Energy is used to make a more detailed energy survey to see how the energy is used in the buildings and calculate proposed measures.

We have added the in-depth analysis to all the declarations we make for Gambrinus and create models of the buildings. In other declarations, we offer this as a supplement depending on what the customer requests.
